1. What payment methods do you accept?
30% deposit, 70% before shippment. 
L/C at sight.
 
2.What is dry cleaning?
Dry cleaning is a method of removing stains and dirt from garments and fabric by using little or no water. Actually, dry cleaning is not technically "dry" because liquid solvents perform the cleaning, but little water is used, thus the term "dry."

3. Why is sun protection important?
It is known taht sun exposure may cause wrinkles, spots, and skin cancer. It may even cause melanoma, one of the deadliest forms of skin cancer. The American Cancer Society states that: research shows a link between sunburns in childhood and an increased risk of melanoma and skin cancer later in life. Protecting the skin from sun is from childhood is very important. This will reduce the rate of skin cancer. With our variety of long and short sleeved swim wear, you can cover as much skin as you are comfortable with, it will prevent you from UV rays radiation and reducing your exposure to chemicals from sunscreen. Sun Protection is also recommended by American Cancer Society.
 
4. Where do you locate? Is it convenient to deliver garment to overseas ?
We are located in Xiamen, China which is a coastal city famous for its manufacturing industries of kids wear & adult wear. We have developed a good relationship with Shipping Corporation as well as courier companies such as DHL. Thus convenient delivery is not a problem for us.

5. What exactly do you do ?
We have our own garment factory and focus on sportswear. We serve as an OEM manufacturer. You design, we manufacture. We could also provide professional suggestions and best solutions to your requirements.
 
6. Why could we trust you as a qualified supplier ?
Our factory is BSCI certificated and we are manufacturer of many famous customers.
 
7. Can we do embroidery or printing logos on garment ?
Positive.

8. What is your MOQ ?
800-1000pcs.
 
9. What is your sample plan ?
Basically it takes One-two weeks to finish a sample, on the occasion of having fabric and all accessories in the stock.
 
10. How much do you charge for sampling ?
USD 50-100 per style. But do not worry; it can be refund if bulk order is made.
 
11. What are your payment terms ?
L/C, or 30% deposit & balance 70% paid against B/L copy, or D/P.

12. What is your lead time ?
We strive to have your tech pack, design and size measurement chart in your hand as soon as possible. Normally it takes 20-30 days to finish an order after approval of PP samples. Any urgent needed of goods should be discussed beforehand and we will try to meet your deadline as much as possible.
 
13. What is your loading port ?
Xiamen Port, P. R. China.
